The garage is located on the GROUND LEVEL. This leads to a room with a clothes washer and dryer. You will also find a toilet, and a shower that is great for when coming off the beach or back from a jog.
The FIRST FLOOR consists of two bedrooms, a full bath, kitchen, dining room and living room. Two sets of sliding doors lead out to the lower deck overlooking the ocean.
The SECOND FLOOR consists of a master bedroom with a full bathroom. A family room with sliders lead out to the upper deck.
