Saturday arrivals. Check in time is 2:00 PM, Checkout time is 11:00 AM.
50% deposit required upon rental agreement. Balance, plus a refundable $600.00 security and cleaning deposit, is required three weeks prior to arrival.
(Believe it or not, 100% of the security deposits have been refunded since 2002 thru 2011 due to nice guests).

The neighborhood of The Dunes is a part of Long Beach Township. The Dunes are (is?) located about a mile+ before the center of Beach Haven. It is a very nice, quiet family neighborhood, yet just minutes away by car to Beach Haven attractions, Fantasy Island Amusement Park and plenty of great restaurants and bars and even a few just a five minutes walk away.
Beach access paths are located sixty feet North of the house and sixty feet South of the house. There is a life guard located on the beach and a surfing beach is only a couple of blocks away.
